We operate from our shop in Crowborough, but can cover most locations including Tunbridge Wells, Uckfield, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, East Grinstead, Maresfield, Rotherfield, Wadhurst, Haywards Heath, Heathfield and Ringmer. As a guide, we cover a 15-mile radius from Crowborough, but do get in touch if you're outside as we may still be able to assist.

We charge just £49 including VAT for a call out within our coverage area. This includes the first hour of inspection and repair labour. Each additional hour of labour is charged at £35 p/h. There is no charge for additional visits as this is covered under the labour charge. Please note that we are currently unable to repair gas appliances.

Any parts required will be at an additional cost. We have access to several of the UK's largest spare parts distributors, meaning we can order any parts required quickly and at competitive prices. Parts required will only be supplied upon prior agreement.

You can also bring your appliance to our Crowborough store for repair. Whether it's a small electrical item or an American Fridge Freezer, we can repair your item in store and notify you once it's complete. We'll keep in touch at each point of the repair process.

In-store repairs are charged at £25 per hour. Parts are charged as an additional cost.
